CREST Faculty Hangsong Tang participates in (DHS) Summer Research Team Program for Minority Serving

Hansong Tang, an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering and member of CREST at City College, was selected for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Summer Research Team Program for Minority Serving Institutions. Dr. Tang and Master’s student, Hang Li, will spend the summer at one of the DHS Centers of Excellence working on the project “Towards Prediction of Vulnerability of Coastal Infrastructure in Climate Change Conditions: Simulation of Extreme Surge Impinging Bridges.”
