Eric Harmsen Recognized as a Distinguished Researcher

Eric Harmsen, NOAA-CREST Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico- Mayaguez, was recently recognized as a Distinguished Researcher by the College of Agricultural Sciences, University of Puerto Rico- Mayaguez, for his excellent work, performance, and commitment to research. The award was presented at the Symposium on Research and Creative Work in the RUM 2013. Dr. Harmsen is also co-editing a new book called “Evapotranspiration: Principles and Applications for Water Management”, which will be released in Fall 2013.
