Sameh Abdelazim worked as chip physical design engineer at IBM before receiving his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The Graduate School and University Center, The City University of New York. His research area of interest is in remote sensing and developing Doppler Lidar for wind sensing. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including the following: DC and AC Circuits, Analog and Digital Control, Instrumentation, Electronic Circuits, Microprocessor Design, Computer Architecture, and Computer Aided System Design in addition to his many publications and other creative activities.
